Bio
Brad joined KBC to lead business development efforts for tenant rep clients. His primary expertise includes assisting tenant rep clients in the 3PL, cold storage, tire storage and manufacturing space. Brad also brings a wealth of transaction management experience to his role at KBC.
Prior to KBC, Brad spent eight years at Colliers specializing in corporate real estate, assisting with client representation, prospect targeting, business development and transaction negotiations. His expertise includes portfolio analysis, site selection, build-to-suits, acquisitions and disposition, transaction management and various real estate strategies.
He is originally from Amarillo, TX, and attended the University of Oklahoma where he met his wife. They have two children and two golden doodles. He enjoys golfing and passionately supports the Oklahoma Sooners, despite occasional disappointments in football season.
