Mr. Garner has over fourteen years of experience in commercial real estate along with his CPA designation. He has been on the real estate ownership side as an accountant/analyst, worked as a mortgage broker financing various types of commercial real estate, and served as Vice President of Investments for a publicly traded REIT. Mr. Garner most recently served as Vice President for BVT Equity Holdings, which syndicates real estate investments overseas to Germany. Mr. Garner was responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and secured financing for BVT, which included a portfolio of over 25 properties containing over two million square feet. Over the last five years, Mr. Garner has been actively involved in transactions totaling over $315 million.
