Brad’s strengths are rooted in an executive background in purchasing, budgeting, and project management. During his time with Western Scientific in San Diego, he managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio of institutional facilities and led high-level negotiations and cost controls, experience that translates directly to today’s residential market in the form of sharp pricing strategy, detail-oriented contract management, and disciplined decision-making.
