As Co-President of Lee & Associates – Los Angeles West, Inc., Brad brings over three decades of experience in brokerage, finance, and development to guide his clients in making informed decisions that maximize value and mitigate risk. He specializes in investment sales and leasing across a broad range of property types and markets. A “recovering banker,” Brad’s earlier career includes executive leadership roles at both national and community banks—ranging from Southern California Division Manager of Wells Fargo’s Business Banking Group to Executive Vice President of a $4 billion institution overseeing commercial and retail banking, wealth management, and trust operations.
Brad also founded Devlin Partners (@devlinpartners) a luxury residential brokerage to serve clients in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Sun Valley, Idaho.
