Brad serves as Vice President, Development and is based in the Raleigh office. Brad’s focus is the pursuit of new investment and development opportunities in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina regions, land brokerage, and day-to-day management of key tenant relationships. Brad has extensive experience in the development of medical parks and mixed-use projects, having developed over 200,000 square feet of medical office buildings and several anchored retail projects including Stone Creek Village in Cary, NC, winner of the “2007 Retail Project of the Year” in the Raleigh market.
Prior to entering the real estate development field, Brad spent over 10 years in the design build / landscape architecture industry, and served as Vice President of a general contracting firm specializing in medical development and construction.
