Brad Nathanson specializes in consulting institutions and major private ownership on the positioning, disposition, and recapitalization of multi-tenant shopping centers.
Since 2003, Brad has amassed an outstanding track record that has led him to becoming the top investment sales broker within his geography. Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Nathanson serves the greater tri-state region of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is consistently invited to and participates as a panelist and speaker for industry publications where he shares his valued insight on the retail sector and markets in which he serves.
Prior to joining IPA, Brad was a top producing multi-tenant retail broker at CBRE for five years closing 70 transactions in excess of $1.8 billion collectively. Mr. Nathanson is an alumnus of the University of Delaware where he received a bachelor's in finance and economics.
