Brad's investment real estate career with Marcus & Millichap commenced in 1981. Over the years, he has represented buyers and sellers, overseeing closed escrows totaling $620 million across various property types including apartment complexes, office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial properties, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and mixed-use properties. Surprisingly, nearly 50% of Brad's clients hold real estate licenses themselves but opt to enlist his services for the optimal representation of their interests. His focus has remained on income property sales for the past 39 years.
Adapting to market changes has been integral to Brad's success. Throughout his career, a consistent trend has emerged—almost every client in his transactions has either resided or owned properties in Marin, Sonoma, or Napa counties.
Brad and his wife Lisa, married for 34 years, reside in San Rafael, California. Their family includes two sons: Blake, a 32-year-old graduate of Loyola Marymount College in Los Angeles, California, and Chase, a 30-year-old graduate of The University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.
