Brad Pepin is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa office and a member of the firm's National Net Lease and Sale Leaseback Group. Brad utilizes over 36 years of real estate, finance, accounting and operational management experience. Specializing in net lease industrial and office investment sales, as well as structuring joint-venture partnerships for build-to-suit projects, Brad puts an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional advisory and brokerage services.
Prior to joining Northmarq through the acquisition of Stan Johnson Company, Brad served as a senior director and partner for 19 years. While at Stan Johnson Company and Northmarq, he has closed nearly $3.3 billion in net lease transactions, contributing to his team’s overall volume of $14 billion. Prior to Northmarq and Stan Johnson Company, Brad served in various CFO and corporate controller positions. Brad spent over a decade with FaithHighway, Inc. and Tax and Accounting Software Corp. He began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP, a global public accounting firm in Tulsa.
Brad is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Oklahoma and holds the designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Brad is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds real estate licenses in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Kentucky.
