Bio
Brad is a Vice Chairman, responsible for originating multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales transactions. Brad has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 350 shopping centers and single-tenant investments with an aggregate value of more than $5.5 billion. Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Brad opened and led the day-to-day operations for the HFF Orlando office for 11 years until JLL’s acquisition of HFF, and then led the JLL Orlando Capital markets group until the end of 2021. Prior to joining JLL (HFF) in 2008, Brad led the day-to-day operations for Staubach Capital Markets in the state of Florida, and was with Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, and West LB and Price Waterhouse, LLP in New York City
