Bio
Brad Poole joined Avison Young as an Associate in 2026 in the Southwestern Ontario office. He brings a well-rounded commercial real estate foundation, built through hands-on experience across leasing, development, property management, and commercial brokerage, complemented by a Bachelors of Commerce specializing in Real Estate from the University of Guelph.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Brad gained valuable exposure across multiple sectors of the industry through roles at Colliers, Broccolini, and InterRent REIT. At Broccolini, he contributed to an active development portfolio in the GTA market, supporting permitting, leasing documentation, property management and project coordination. At InterRentREIT, he developed a practical understanding of multi-residential operations, assisting with the oversight of a 300-unit portfolio while gaining direct leasing experience.
Brad graduated from the University of Guelph with honours and was recognized for his academics, community involvement, and contributions to the real estate industry, and earned several scholarships from leading industry organizations including multiple awards from SIOR and ICSC. He also played an instrumental role in growing the University of Guelph's Real Estate Student Association by significantly expanding the club's visibility and industry partnerships while helping lead a team of 30 members, allowing Brad to build meaningful connections across the Canadian commercial real estate community.
