Mr. Tidwell was formerly Dallas-Fort Worth Market President for a $7 billion regional bank. As a banker for 20 years Brad has structured, approved, and closed in excess of a billion dollars in real estate transactions. In addition, Tidwell was instrumental in the equity raise and founding of The Bank of Las Colinas, which was sold in 2012.
As an investor, Brad has developed, constructed, managed, structured debt/equity for self-storage, retail, multifamily and industrial projects. Mr. Tidwell has owned, managed and developed in excess of 1,000,000 SF of climate-controlled self storage.
