Bradford has spent the last 20 years in real estate and comes from a real estate family. Quite literally, it’s in his blood. He is known for his extensive knowledge, keen ability to close a deal, and super-octane energy that ensures swift, satisfying results.
Working with both landlords and tenants, Bradford is able to visualize precisely what a tenant is looking for simply through conversation. Being familiar with a company enables him to give input on what works best as far as a type of store, size and location. His goal is to always educate his customers about the real estate market, current offerings and pricing, and transacting smooth deals.
His real estate philosophy and approach are two-fold. First and foremost, Bradford believes that personal appearance and how you present yourself is key. “The first thing a potential customer sees before going out and viewing retail/office sites is ME. In a sea of agents, this can be a distinguishing factor in who to work with.”
Second, he understands that the deal is never fully done. “I will never disappear, as being present leads to a lasting relationship. I feel it’s very important to be there through all aspects of your customer’s journey. After all, there’s a long way to go from signing a lease to opening up for business.”
Outside of his passion for real estate, Bradford is an avid runner and a dedicated health/fitness enthusiast which greatly balances out his busy life.
