Brad Bays is a Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners, where he leads the firm’s Industrial platform in Atlanta. He oversees both occupier services and institutional landlord advisory, driving strategy, execution, and growth across a fully integrated platform.
An industry veteran since 2005, Brad represents corporate users and institutional owners in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit assignments, and investment sales. His ability to operate on both sides of the table creates leverage in negotiations and consistently delivers outsized results for his clients.
