Bradley assists executives who own or occupy industrial real estate with their leases, sales, purchases, and subleases. With over 11 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, he specializes in the Carolinas and is based in Charlotte, NC. The majority of his clients come from referrals and repeat business, reflecting the strong relationships he has built over the years.
A North Carolina native, Bradley graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he played Division 1 varsity lacrosse, won an ACC Championship, and earned his degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, ranked #6 nationally. It was also at UNC where he met his wife. Now a father of three, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, and giving back through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Throughout his career, Bradley has led teams that have facilitated over $1 billion in transactions and developed relationships with some of the largest landlords and occupiers in the world.
