First and foremost I am a proud father to a beautiful little girl. I've been involved in real estate for the last 20 years and have brokered over $60,000,000 in SFR, multifamily and land deals. I also flip houses and build new construction homes for myself and my business partner. I own several homes and apartment units that I self-manage. I also have experience with subdividing properties, lot line adjustments and entitling new construction projects. I am also the broker of record for a large property management company. We manage 1800 units and over $350,000,000 in real estate assets in Victorville, CA and the surrounding areas. I have my CA broker's license and my NV broker's license. I proudly served 11 years with the Army and completed 2 deployments to Afghanistan. I'm a strong advocate in giving back to our communities and will donate 10% of my commissions to your favorite charity. I love real estate and believe it is the one guaranteed path to financial independence.
