Bio
Bradley M. Zelenitz grew up in New Hyde Park, New York, where he was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. His parents owned a successful women's retail clothing store, where he worked while attending school and gained valuable early business experience.
Mr. Zelenitz graduated from Great Neck South Senior High School and went on to attend George Washington University. After earning his undergraduate degree, he chose to pursue a legal education, inspired by his belief that the legal profession provides an important opportunity to help underserved individuals gain access to the justice system.
He enrolled at Touro College Law Center on Long Island, attracted by its proximity to home and its reputation as a promising and growing law school.
Following law school, Mr. Zelenitz established his own solo legal practice. Over the past fifteen years, he has partnered with other attorneys to build successful law firms, first co-founding Gildin, Zelenitz & Shapiro, P.C. in 1998 and later Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C., its successor firm.
Mr. Zelenitz concentrates his practice in a wide range of legal areas, including Commercial and Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Landlord-Tenant Litigation, Criminal Defense, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning, providing experienced legal representation to both individuals and businesses.
