Braeden Bernstein is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Investment Sales team in the San Antonio office, where he provides services on industrial acquisition, disposition and leasing for single and multi-tenant investment properties throughout central and southern Texas. Braeden’s experience, passion and focus is on the industrial flex product type.
Prior to joining CBRE, Braeden was a Senior Associate with Caisson Real Estate, where his role included underwriting, landlord representation, prospecting tenants and negotiating with any and all third parties to ensure his client’s receive the best service. He attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. An active member of the San Antonio Manufacturing Association, Braeden serves the community through a range of advocacy, events and forums that work to strengthen and advocate for the manufacturing industry in the greater San Antonio area.
