Brandi Broadley is a native of Northern Colorado. Brandi was born, raised, and currently resides in Fort Collins. Deeply rooted in this area, Brandi is enthusiastic about our community and all that it has to offer her clients. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree. This knowledge combined with her work experience provides her with the keen ability and desire to understand your home needs and balance that with a strong business sense. Additionally, Brandi earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and gained further knowledge and experience on how to represent and provide clients with the highest level of customer service and support. Brandi also earned an e-PRO certification which allows her to better serve her clients by using the latest technology and social media to promote your property or find your next home, a clear understanding of the ways that e-office strategies, rich media, and social networking can benefit today's consumer in a real estate transaction, excellence in adopting, implementing, and promoting technology best practices and ethics with a commitment to use technology fairly and responsibly, and professionalism by completing an education program designed to keep one’s technical knowledge and skill sets up-to-date. Brandi holds a Certified Negotiation Expert designation which is awarded to agents who complete a two-day course focusing on the skills required to get the best outcome in a property negotiation. The class includes psychology, persuasion, case studies, and role-playing. Lastly, based on a combination of sales performance and a Luxury Home Certification training course, Brandi earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation.
