Brandon Berger is a Managing Director with KSR, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Manhattan.
Over his 14 year career, Brandon has sat on all sides of the table. Initially starting at RKF in retail brokerage, Brandon specialized in both landlord and tenant representation. Most notably, he led the New York expansion for CAVA and Rumble Boxing. After leaving RKF, Brandon went in-house for CAVA, the leading Mediterranean fast-casual brand, to oversee Northeast expansion. That role evolved into the management and expansion of East Coast real estate for CAVA/Zoe’s Kitchen following the 2018 acquisition. Prior to getting back to his roots in brokerage, Brandon went in-house for a New York city Landlord to spearhead the leasing for their retail portfolio.
Brandon has represented many institutional investors, families and individual investors in transactions involving real estate and retail space. He has worked on behalf of Rockpoint, Broad Street Development, Brookfield Properties, Rudin Management, BLDG, The Winter Organization, Stonehenge Partners, Infinity Collective and Greystone, to name a few.
