Brandon is an owner and broker at Daunno Realty Services, and the acting Chief Financial Officer. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Brandon first got his real estate license back in 2009, followed by his broker’s license in 2016. He is currently the broker-supervisor of Daunno Realty’s Toms River branch. Brandon also worked for Daunno Development Co. for several years as a project manager and estimator.
Brandon specializes in analytics and management. He utilizes his education to master property valuation, which he views as critical and essential knowledge to maximize the resale value of a property. Brandon’s listings were selling in bidding wars long before it was commonplace, and for far more money than the appraisers would award. He is also heavily invested in the day-to-day operations of the company, including accounting, compliance, agent training, and has inspired numerous marketing campaigns, among other efforts.
