Bio
Brandon Denton is Co-Founder and Partner at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, investment, and property management firm headquartered in Jeffersonville, Indiana. In his current role, Denton is responsible for firmwide strategic direction, real estate development initiatives, investment sourcing, and long-term portfolio growth. He plays a central role in identifying development opportunities, overseeing construction strategy, and guiding capital deployment across multifamily, senior living, and mixed-use assets. Since co-founding the firm in 2008, Denton has been instrumental in building Denton Floyd into a regional real estate platform that has developed, acquired, owned, and managed more than $1 billion in real estate assets, with more than 15,000 residential units delivered or under management as of the most recent reporting period. Denton’s career progression reflects a long-standing focus on real estate operations and development. He entered the real estate industry in 2000 and, during the 2008 housing crisis, concentrated on identifying and rehabilitating distressed properties, an approach that laid the foundation for Denton Floyd’s initial growth. Between 2008 and 2016, his work centered on value-add and redevelopment projects before the firm transitioned to ground-up construction as a core strategy beginning in 2017. This evolution supported Denton Floyd’s expansion into large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments across multiple U.S. markets. Throughout his career, Denton has maintained active involvement in regional planning initiatives and industry organizations, reflecting a continued emphasis on community-oriented development and long-term asset stewardship.
