Brandon started in commercial real estate in 2004 and has specialized in industrial brokerage since 2007. He joined Block Hawley in 2011 where he has focused on landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, industrial user and land sales, and new development underwriting. Brandon has worked on all property types from Class A institutional bulk and flex product in the County, to low-cost warehouse space in the City. His client list below includes local owners, developers, and users as well as regional and national tenants and buyers. Jeff and Brandon now work as a team and average over 60 deals per year. Brandon takes pride in seeing all deals, big and small, to completion.
