Brandon Estes is an Associate in Newmark’s Boston office. He works as a member of the Boston brokerage team and actively sources business opportunities to represent tenants and landlords throughout Boston and Cambridge. Brandon also continuously seeks the most updated market information and oversees and manages marketing and research for the team’s clients. Brandon joined Newmark in 2019 as a transaction services coordinator.
Brandon has marketed retail space on behalf of ownership clients, including Related Beal, Invesco, Crosspoint Associates, FoxRock Properties, DWS, Tavistock Development, Jumbo Capital Management and Equity Office.
He also works with retailers, including, Madison Reed, Levain Bakery, Mecha Noodle Bar, Bartaco, the Bouldering Project, and 2nd Street USA, with their real estate requirements throughout New England.
Prior to joining Newmark, Brandon spent the summers working for Christie’s International Real Estate’s Palm Beach office. There, he established and maintained social media accounts marketing properties throughout the US, Caribbean and South America.
