Brandon Gan works within the Investment Sales team of Walker & Dunlop’s Houston, Texas office. He is experienced valuing and marketing institutional market rate and PFC properties throughout the Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets. Over the past two years, he has valued over $4.3 billion in multifamily assets and has worked on multifamily sales transactions in excess of $1.3 billion. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Brandon worked in the Valuation & Advisory Consulting practice of RSM US LLP, where he conducted over 80 appraisal reviews and appraisals for all asset types on assignments across the US, as well as in Mexico, the UK, and Hong Kong.
