Mr. Gollotti is a Managing Director at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in March 2018. He has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years, including 7+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
Before joining Bowery, Mr. Gollotti served as an associate at BBG/ Leitner Group based in New York City. Prior to joining the BBG/ Leitner Group, Mr. Gollotti was a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant with a focus on smart growth and traditional neighborhood design techniques.
At Bowery and at BBG/ Leitner Group, Mr. Gollotti has appraised a wide variety of property types including multi-unit residential, office, industrial, retail centers, mixed-use properties, senior living facilities, self-storage and development sites in around the New York City metropolitan area and beyond from Connecticut to Maryland in addition to other states across the continental United States.
