Brandon Hall is an integral member of NAI Horizon’s Healthcare Advisory Group and a key contributor to the launch and expansion of the firm’s Net Lease Division. As part of the Investment Services Group, he focuses on investment sales and leasing execution for healthcare and net lease assets, helping clients unlock value and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
Brandon combines market insight, financial analysis, and client-focused strategy to identify investment opportunities, improve leasing performance, and support clients in achieving their real estate objectives. His work includes underwriting and evaluating asset financials, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing transactions through every stage of the process.
From listing to closing, Brandon leads sales execution, develops targeted marketing initiatives, maximizes digital exposure, and stays ahead of market trends to deliver measurable results. As the Net Lease Division continues to grow, he is helping shape its platform and presence while providing users, investors, owners, and developers with informed, results-oriented advisory services.
