Brandon King is a Principal Broker, real estate team leader, and licensed mortgage broker serving Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, Washington, and communities throughout the greater Portland metro area and Southwest Washington. He founded the Brandon King Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty Portland Central to provide clients with honest advice, strategic guidance, and a better understanding of every real estate decision.
Brandon’s experience began as a property owner and investor. Since purchasing his first property at age 23, he has gained firsthand experience with residential sales, rental properties, renovations, new construction, 1031 exchanges, and investment real estate. He became a licensed real estate broker in 2019 and entered the profession full time in 2020.
Today, Brandon helps first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, veterans, investors, sellers, and clients relocating to the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes single-family homes, condos, luxury properties, multi-residential real estate, probate and estate sales, investment properties, and select commercial real estate.
As a real estate and mortgage professional licensed in Oregon and Washington, Brandon understands both the property and financing sides of a transaction.
