Brandon Trevellyan is a single tenant and multi-tenant retail specialist. He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of retail investment properties throughout Southern California and the rest of the United States. With 19+ years of experience, he has been involved in over $250,000,000 worth of real estate transaction and has closed Retail Investment properties in 20 different states. In addition to his brokerage experience, Brandon has been involved in the management and repositioning of various assets though out Southern California, AZ and NM. Having managed a multi-million dollar family real estate portfolio for over 10 years, he is involved in the day to day decision making.
