Brandon Wuntch serves as Executive Vice President of Industrial, Land & Investment Services at Moody Rambin, where he specializes in industrial investment sales, owner-user sales, tenant representation, and land development, including build-to-suit projects.
Previously, Brandon was Senior Vice President on Cresa’s Houston industrial team, bringing more than a decade of experience as an industrial broker in the Houston market. A native Houstonian, he leverages deep local market knowledge and longstanding relationships to provide clients with strategic insight that enhances operational positioning and maximizes asset performance.
Over the course of his career, Brandon has traded more than 13 million square feet of industrial space and completed transactions exceeding $800 million in total consideration. He has successfully guided clients and investors through complex 1031 exchanges, asset repositioning strategies, and business relocations designed to improve logistical efficiency and long-term financial performance.
In 2019, Brandon joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, where he further developed his leadership capabilities by building and leading his own team. During his tenure, he became a multi-year top producer and earned CREXI’s Platinum Broker Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023 in recognition of his outstanding production and industry leadership.
His primary goal is to increase investors’ net worth by maximizing their return on equity to create liquidity through their assets while also helping large or small businesses owners relocate for logistical purposes to better suit their needs economically.
