Bio
As the National Lead for the JLL Healthcare Center of Excellence (COE) and Executive Managing Director at JLL, I oversee a specialized platform uniting JLL's top healthcare professionals in our Leasing Advisory business. The COE serves as a hub of expertise for healthcare clients nationwide, offering unparalleled resources and industry specialists.
In my role, I oversee the COE's U.S. service offerings, including strategic advisory services and our advanced OneMapIQ for Healthcare analytics platform. In addition to OneMapIQ, I lead an experienced team providing portfolio optimization, market strategy, complex healthcare transactions, ground-up development advisory, acquisitions and dispositions, and sophisticated portfolio management.
The COE integrates seamlessly with JLL's local market healthcare experts, delivering cohesive, best-in-class solutions for healthcare occupiers. We create and implement optimal real estate strategies across the U.S., blending national expertise with deep local knowledge.
With over 25 years of experience advising health systems and large practice groups, I'm recognized for complex value add transactions across all asset categories and regions. Our COE’s experience spans from supporting over 50 healthcare systems and large practice providers across the U.S. in build-to-suits, medical office, office, retail, and land. In the past 15 years, we've completed 4,500+ transactions valued at $30+ Billion, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000,000 SF.
