Bio
Mr. Graybill is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business earning a bachelors degree in Finance in 1999. He is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a current candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Graybill earned his real estate license at the age of 18 which gives him over 14 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate brokerage, development, and investment. As a Vice President of Blanchard and Calhoun, Brannon has an active role in site selection, tenant relations, project underwriting, and construction management. His tenant relationships include several national retailers and restaurants such as Target, Wal-Mart, Bass Pro, Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens, McDonald’s, and Starbucks. In addition, he has worked with several major hotel groups including Marriott and Hyatt. His latest mixed use project located in Smyrna, TN (Nashville) includes a 500,000 Square Foot Shopping Center anchored by Super Target and Kohls department store and includes a 300 unit apartment community (under construction), several restaurants, and two hotel pads. More recently, Mr. Graybill has been working with several national and regional lenders reviewing their special assets portfolios and bank owned real estate in effort to acquire well placed and fundamentally sound assets.
