Brant is the Managing Broker and Owner of Peterson Properties and Management LLC (PPM), a boutique commercial brokerage firm he founded in 2018, specializing in the Tampa Bay region. Under his leadership, PPM provides a full range of brokerage services, including tenant and buyer representation, as well as landlord and seller representation, with a strong emphasis on industrial real estate. In addition to his brokerage services, Brant oversees the management, partnership, and investment in value-add industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the Bay area, further solidifying his expertise in commercial real estate.
Before founding Peterson Properties and Management, Brant gained valuable experience as a Commercial Broker Associate at KW Commercial, where he focused on industrial investment sales and buyer representation. He also honed his skills during his time as a Property Manager at GP Rentals, managing over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial rental properties and leading leasing, repairs, and renovations. Brant's diverse background also includes a stint as an intern at Everett Realty Services, where he learned the multifamily development process through hands-on experience with various stages of design, engineering, and permitting.
