Bio
Brantley serves as a commercial real estate advisor, covering a wide breadth of product types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and flex. He represents both landlords and tenants in the leasing, acquisition, development, and disposition of their real estate assets, all with a personalized touch. Each client that works with Brantley has a trusted partner ready to guide them through every step of the transaction. He starts by understanding the goals of his clients – both short and long-term – and then applies his knowledge of the Richmond, VA market, where he was born and raised, to develop strategic solutions.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Brantley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications, minoring in sports and entertainment management. After graduating he worked in the Charlotte, NC region as a financial analyst, specializing in real estate debt portfolios. His deep understanding of the monetary complexities of real estate investment allows him to anticipate any challenges that may arise throughout a transaction.
Outside of the office, Brantley enjoys hunting, fishing, and of course, supporting South Carolina Gamecocks sports. He has been a member of the James River Association, promoting the wetland conservation efforts of the James River watershed. Currently, he lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and their English Golden Retriever, Lottie.
