With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Braxton Fears is the Owner and Broker of Capital Commercial Properties in Tulsa, OK. Specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales in the retail, office, and industrial sectors, Braxton has earned a reputation for his strategic, results-driven approach to property transactions.
Braxton began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where he worked with clients such as Phillips Petroleum, QuickTrip, and Williams Companies. His strong financial background, with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Oral Roberts University and a CCIM designation, paved the way for his transition into commercial real estate in 2005.
In his career, Braxton has represented a wide range of clients, including Coca-Cola, QuickTrip, Walgreens, and the Muscogee Creek Nation, handling acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions. He has also led leasing efforts for national REITs such as Rreef, Thackaray Partners, and First Guardian Group.
