Breck Hines is Vice President of the Company and manages the acquisition and development arms of the business, from new project identification and underwriting to negotiations, due diligence, financing and closing. In addition, Breck serves in the asset management role for several of the Company's properties. As a Broker Associate, Breck also provides leasing and third-party brokerage services to select clients across Mississippi.
Previously, Breck was an Acquisition Analyst with Parkway Properties, Inc., an NYSE-traded Real Estate Investment Trust. During that time, his acquisition team underwrote and closed multiple office property acquisitions in Phoenix, AZ. totaling 583,000 square feet and valued at over $85 million. At Parkway, Breck also served as manager/broker of several office and industrial properties in Jackson, MS and New Orleans, LA, including Parkway's corporate headquarters at One Jackson Place. Assets under management totaled 430,000 square feet with a value over $40 million. Breck intensified Parkway's third-party leasing, management and investment brokerage business, and in 24 months closed over $30 million in real estate transaction.
Breck is a summa cum laude graduate from The University of Mississippi with degrees in Banking & Finance, Real Estate, and Managerial Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Mississippi and is an avid instrument-rated pilot. He and his wife Lyn live in Jackson.
