She assists the president with Development, Acquisition, and operational activities. Before joining Freedom in 2017, Conville spent over 30 years leading the brokerage and property management functions at two prominent commercial real estate companies in Huntsville, and the facilities management for an international defense contractor, serving as the liaison between the company’s operations and its landlords in multiple locations throughout the country.
Brenda is active in both professional and community organizations. She currently serves on the board for the South Huntsville Main Business Association, as well as the Village of Promise. She is active in the local chapters of the Building Owners’ and Managers’ Association (BOMA) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). She most recently served as a board member for the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBICAAA) and recently completed two years as the board chair for the North Alabama Commercial Brokers Association (NALCOM). Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Athens State University and earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of CCIM, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville, L-34, a member of 100+ Women Who Care, and an Enable volunteer.
