Brenda Boren Corliss has called Brevard County home her entire life — and she wouldn't have it any other way. There is something about this community, the way neighbors show up for one another after a hurricane, the way people genuinely care about this place, that kept her here and keeps her here still. That same spirit is what drew her to real estate, and what has guided her work for more than 20 years.
As the Broker and Office Manager of Newton Real Estate Group in Melbourne, Brenda serves residential and commercial clients throughout Brevard County — from Melbourne and the beaches to communities across the county. Her approach is grounded in data-driven pricing strategy, concierge-level personal service, and the kind of patience that puts her clients' needs ahead of the calendar.
For Brenda, real estate has always been about the people. Helping someone find the right home — or gently steering them away from the wrong one — is work she takes seriously. She does not rush her clients. She understands that a home purchase is one of the most significant decisions a person will make, and she brings the same care and attentiveness to a nervous first-time buyer as she does to a seasoned investor.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida, with studies in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Outside of real estate, she volunteers with her Catholic church's high school youth group, a commitment she has held since 2012. She is also a devoted dachshund enthusiast and a lover of dogs in general.
