Brenda joined CBRE-Albany in the spring of 2007 after a successful career in commercial property management and real estate brokerage in both the Capital Region and in New York. Licensed as a Salesperson in 2004 and an Associate Broker in 2007, she is focusing her brokerage business at CBRE-Albany with leasing, selling, and advising on properties and portfolios including office, light industrial and investment real estate. The lease and financial analysis background that Brenda possesses are strong skills in her investment sales work. Her extensive background in property management is a substantial benefit to her Tenant Representation business.
She was actively involved as a property manager in the sale or lease of over 5 ½ million square feet of office and industrial real estate. She also managed over 1 million square feet of space. Brenda earned the professional designations of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). In 2008, she obtained the highly-coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.
