Brendan began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2020 as a Sales Assistant. In this role, he researched, analyzed, and prepared various market data materials to be used in business proposals, pitches, and marketing material.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Brendan worked for an accounting firm where he developed strong analytical, written, and communication skills through diligent reporting and financial analysis to large publicly traded companies.
Since moving into brokerage, Brendan’s principal business is Landlord and Tenant Representation within the Office and Industrial markets throughout Greater Vancouver. Currently, his core focuses are the Richmond and Vancouver markets. Brendan creates value for his clients by providing thorough and comprehensive analytical insight, in addition to his extensive local market knowledge. Brendan plans to foster long-term business and client relationships by bringing his strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every transaction.
