Brendan Leake is a commercial real estate professional specializing in retail leasing, landlord representation, and tenant advisory services throughout Southern Nevada.
With a foundation in economic development and research, Brendan brings a data-driven, strategic approach to every assignment—whether it's helping landlords achieve full occupancy or guiding tenants as they expand their market presence.
Brendan began his career at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), where he served as an Economic Development Coordinator responsible for project management, business incentives, and analytical support for companies relocating to Southern Nevada. He then joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Research Coordinator for a high-performing office team, focusing on market research, landlord activity reporting, and database management.
Since transitioning into brokerage in 2015, Brendan has successfully represented both landlords and tenants across the Las Vegas Valley. His client portfolio includes brands such as Black Sheep, Firefly, F45 Fitness, Hummus Bowls, Naan and Curry and among others.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Nevada State College and is a graduate of the NAIOP of Southern Nevada Developing Leaders Institute.
