Brendan O'Brien is a Vice President of Brokerage at Intelica Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in tenant and buyer representation for owner-occupied industrial and investment real estate, as well as representation of landlords and sellers. Brendan's real estate expertise includes contract negotiation and site selection.
Before joining Intelica, Brendan spent the previous six years as a broker for Hilliker Corporation. While at Hilliker, Brendan was responsible for a number of industrial and office deals in the central county and the City of St. Louis. Brendan is currently pursuing his CCIM certification and SIOR designation.
Brendan resides in St. Louis with his wife and daughter. When not at work, he enjoys running marathons and golfing at Norwood Hills Country Club.
