Before joining TradeLane, Brendan spent over a decade as an industrial broker at Darwin Realty / CORFAC International, where he rose to become a Principal of the firm. This experience refined his skills as a client advocate with a strong analytical approach, allowing him to craft custom solutions for diverse real estate projects. His expertise spans all facets of industrial real estate transactions, including tenant/buyer representation, landlord representation, investment sales, speculative development projects, and build-to-suits.
