Brendan joined Tartan in 2013 and works with the brokerage team to bring emerging brands to new markets. He represents Blaze Pizza in its Central Illinois expansion, as well as Meatheads. Brendan is also helping new fitness brand PowerLab with its Chicago market launch. Additional clients include Dunkin’ Donuts and CorePower Yoga. Brendan works with clients to maximize their real estate holdings. He is currently assisting with the leasing for the redevelopment of Touhy and Linder in Skokie, Illinois, Tartan’s repositioning of multiple parcels at Veterans and College in Bloomington, as well as other retail and mixed-use projects in Carbondale and Champaign. In addition, he is supporting the brokerage team with Tartan’s role as the master broker for CA Student Living’s mixed-use projects across the country.
Brendan is a certified real estate broker in the State of Illinois and is an active member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. He holds a degree in Public Financial Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where he led his team in the prestigious International Real Estate Case Competition at Cornell University.
