Before joining Roohan Realty, Brendon founded and led Sterling Teetor Realty Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he built a successful practice grounded in strong client relationships and strategic market insight. With experience spanning residential sales, property management, and commercial development, he brings a unique dual-market perspective from both South Florida and the Capital Region, along with a calm, hands-on approach and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Brendon and his wife relocated from Fort Lauderdale to Saratoga Springs in 2021, where they’re raising their two children and embracing the community’s small-town charm. Outside of work, he enjoys backcountry camping in the Adirondacks, tending his vegetable garden, and watching movies with his family. With gratitude for the place he now calls home, Brendon looks forward to helping others achieve their real estate goals through genuine connection and collaboration.
