Bio
Brenna joined the Colliers Houston office in 2023 as Listings Coordinator. In her current position, she handles over 400 listings, including office, retail, industrial, investment and healthcare properties. This involves working with several listing sites and ensuring they are updated. Brenna also works closely with the marketing department in sending out marketing blasts on social media.
Brenna Leach has worked in the real estate business from both sides. She has assisted residential real estate agents with their listings and has been a licensed loan partner for a national lender.
Brenna is currently working on earning both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
