Brennan has been working in the East Bay Commercial Real Estate Market since 2007 and he specializes in the Sales and Leasing of Industrial property along the I-880 corridor from Richmond/Oakland to Fremont/Milpitas. An expert in sales and leasing negotiations, landlord and tenant representation, property valuation, development projects and leased investments/1031 Exchange transactions. Brennan builds long-term relationships with his clients and always puts their interests first. In 2022 Brennan was a top 3 producer in the company. Recently, Brennan was involved with both one of the largest sales transactions of the year (a 15± acre industrial assemblage development site in Oakland) as well as one of the largest lease transactions of the year in this area (a 232,881± square foot lease). Brennan graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree and he is passionate about being a husband and father, the outdoors, surfing, guitar and the Oakland Raiders.
