Brennan Justice is an Associate Industrial Agent with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, based in the firm’s Ventura County office, where he specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial real estate assets throughout Ventura County. He brings a strong foundation in manufacturing, engineering, and program management to his real estate practice, offering clients a unique, operationally informed perspective on industrial facilities, site selection, and facility optimization.
Prior to joining DAUM, Brennan built a diverse career in advanced manufacturing and product development. Most notably, he served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla, where he designed and launched production lines for advanced technologies including next-generation EV charging systems and AI supercomputer infrastructure. He later held leadership roles such as Head of Manufacturing at Multiply Labs and most recently worked as Principal Consultant with JPE Manufacturing Consulting, advising on process improvement, production strategy, and the launch of new manufacturing facilities. Earlier in his career, Brennan worked with organizations such as Cubic Corporation and Aluminess Products, developing expertise in engineering design, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing systems.
Brennan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with core competencies in program management and regulatory compliance (NRTL, cGMP, NFPA, OSHA). His technical background enables him to understand the nuanced needs of industrial users—from logistics and supply chain operations to space planning, site selection, and facility readiness—allowing him to deliver strategic, value-driven solutions to owners, tenants, and investors across warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
