Brent joined NAI Columbia in May of 2025, after 8 years at Blackstream SVN as a Commercial Advisor. He brings forty years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, product management, marketing, entrepreneurship, real estate development and brokerage. An important career accomplishment was the creation of new consumer loan products and marketing campaigns that resulted in significant portfolio growth at S.C. National Bank. Later, Brent partnered with the start-up company Phoenix Contract Glass, LLC. As CFO, he fostered the growth to become a leading glass subcontractor in South Carolina. Brent enjoys working with development land and is always looking for those buyers that can fully utilize a site. He was recently appointed to the Planning Commission in Irmo, South Carolina. On the personal side, Brent was raised on Lake Murray, obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Newberry College and resides in Irmo with his wife Linda.
