Brent Fabbri is a Senior Leasing Director at Big V Property Group responsible for implementing an overarching leasing strategy for the properties he oversees. He does so by recognizing new retail trends, having key knowledge regarding his particular markets and regions, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and brokers. Brent also pursues qualified prospective tenants and transacts on new leases.
Before Joining Big V Property Group, Brent worked as a leasing specialist for Interstate Realty Advisors in Bristol, TN. While there, he managed the leasing and development of new ground-up retail projects throughout the Southeast.
Brent has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is an ICSC member. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, a good beach day, fishing, and sipping a good cup of coffee.
