Brent Lyday has been a dedicated REALTOR® since 2007, specializing in farm and ranch, recreational, and rural land properties across Oklahoma. With a deep understanding of land values, marketing strategies, and rural property transactions, Brent has built a reputation for expertise, integrity, and results.
He earned the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through the Realtor Land Institute in 2018 — a highly respected credential held by top land professionals nationwide. Brent has also been recognized as an Apex Award recipient through the Realtor Land Institute for multiple consecutive years, highlighting his consistent high-level production and success in land sales.
Since 2011, Brent has maintained multi-million-dollar production annually. Early in his career, he was honored as Rookie of the Year with Coldwell Banker VanMeter and with the Texoma Board of REALTORS®. He later received Top Producer of the Year honors with Coldwell Banker in 2014, 2017, and 2019.
Brent is an active member of the Realtor Land Institute and co-founded his own brokerage alongside his wife, Michelle Lyday, a Broker and GRI-certified Broker/Owner.
